🦝 SNATCH and BONK
How to snatch pets and eggs, what happens to a snatched pet, how to BONK thieves, and what can't be snatched.
Sneak into another Nest, grab a pet and run for home. If someone does it to you, BONK them. Nobody ever loses a pet for good: a snatched pet always comes back to its owner.
How to snatch a pet
- Walk into another player's Nest and get close to a ground-floor pet, within 12 studs.
- Hold SNATCH! ([E] on PC).
- Run to the 🕵️ HIDEOUT at your own Nest. A red-gold beam shows the way, and a banner counts down.
The owner gets a 🚨 alarm and a line pointing at you. If the pet is Epic or rarer, the whole server hears about it.

Two upgrades help: 🖐️ Quick Hands shortens the hold, and 💪 Strong Arms lets you run faster while carrying.
Carry rules
- You have 45 seconds. Too slow and the pet goes home.
- You carry one thing at a time.
- You jump lower, and you can't use 💨 DASH.
- The carry ends and the pet goes home if you get BONKed, hit by a 🔮 Bubble or knocked out, or if you or the owner leave.
What you get
Reach your Hideout and the pet goes into your Nest's cage for 10 minutes.
- Heist bonus: 240 seconds of that pet's income, paid once.
- It doubles at night, during 🦹 SNATCH FRENZY and during 🎉 PARTY HOUR. These multiply together.
- While caged, the pet's income goes to you.
- The cage holds 3 pets. A 4th sends the oldest one home.
What happens to the snatched pet
It stays the owner's pet. While it is away, it earns the owner nothing and can't be moved. It comes home when any of these happens:
- the 10 minutes are up
- someone rescues it
- the thief leaves the server
- a full cage pushes it out
Rescue: anyone except the thief can walk up to the thief's cage (it says 🆘 RESCUE!) and hold RESCUE!. The hold time depends on rarity, and the oldest caged pet comes out first. A helper earns a hero bonus of 30 seconds of that pet's income, at least 50 coins, and double if they are Roblox friends with the owner. The owner gets the pet back but no coins.
💥 BONK
When someone carrying a stolen pet or egg is close (about 12 studs), a 💥 BONK! button pops up (F on PC). It has a 1 second cooldown.
- The thief is stunned for 1.5 seconds.
- The pet goes straight back to its spot.
- That thief can't snatch from that Nest for 30 seconds.
- A helper earns the same hero bonus as a rescue. For an egg it is 15% of the egg's price, at least 50 coins, and double for friends. The owner earns no coins.

🛡️ Beginner shield
For your first 30 minutes of play, nobody can snatch from you. It ends early at your first rebirth, or the moment you snatch someone, even from a 💤 sleeping Nest. Think before you make that first snatch.
What can't be snatched
- 🐉 Boss pets, your Hero pet included
- LIMITED and TIER 2 pets
- Anything on Floor 2 (spots 13 to 24), marked 🔒 SAFE
- Pets not placed in a Nest: in the bag or bank, following, ridden, on a tower or in the Pet Park
- Pets in a Nest with a locked gate or a shield
- Pets already away from home
SECRET pets can be snatched, but while carrying it the thief only sees a disguised "???". Season event pets can be snatched too.
Snatching eggs
Eggs in an incubator can be snatched too. This is the one snatch that really moves something: the egg stays in the thief's Nest, with its timer and luck kept. The owner gets 50% of its belt price back. You need a free incubator, and the heist pays no coins. The owner gets the same 45 s shield, and the same 75 s wait applies.

🎁 Gift eggs
You can hand your own incubating egg to a friend. Hold 🎁 GIVE TO FRIEND on it (0.4 s, or 1.2 s if the egg is ready).
- You walk at full speed and can dash. You wear 🎁 GIFT EGG, not a thief label.
- 🎁 GIVE sets the egg down at your feet. 🏠 PUT BACK returns your own egg to a free incubator.
- Your friend holds 🎁 PICK UP and walks into their own Nest with a free incubator. Timer and luck are kept.
- Anyone can pick it up, so stand close to your friend.
- A BONK or 🔮 Bubble on the carrier sends the egg back to its owner's Nest.
- If a dropped egg sits untouched for 3 minutes, it goes back to the owner if they are here with a free spot. Otherwise it is gone.
Tips
- Worried about a pet? Let it follow you. It earns half, but nobody can snatch it.
- Start with Common and Uncommon pets. They are quick to grab and you run faster with them.
- Snatch at night for a double heist bonus.
- Tap 🔒 LOCK when you see someone walking up to your Nest. See Your Nest.
- Stay near a friend's Nest and BONK their thieves. Friend hero bonuses are doubled.
- Use a 🔮 Bubble from up to 30 studs on a thief out of BONK range. See Pranks.
