🎖️ Badges
How Roblox badges work in the game and exactly what earns each one.
Badges are small Roblox trophies that stay on your Roblox profile. They're free, you can't buy them, and each is earned just by playing.
How they work
- The game checks your progress when you join and then about every 10 seconds. When you qualify, you get the badge and a 🏅 Badge! message on screen.
- You only ever get each badge once.
- See your badges on your Roblox profile and on the game's page on Roblox.
- A badge gives you nothing in the game. It's just there to show what you did.
- Coming soon means the badge isn't live on Roblox yet. Your progress still counts: if you already meet the condition when it goes live, you'll get it the next time you play.

The small print
- 🎯 PRACTICE and 🏠 private rooms don't count for any Rift badge.
- Legend Hatcher, Limited Legend and MEGA Tamer look at the pets you own right now, in your bag or Nest. Pets in the 🏦 Bank aren't checked. Take the pet out for a moment and the badge comes.
- Good Friend and Party Leader: a friend counts when they use your invite link while they're new (15 minutes of play or less) and then play for 10 minutes. Each friend counts once. See Friends and trading.
Tips
- Many badges come by themselves as you follow the 📖 Adventure and the 🎯 goals.
- Pet Rider is one of the quickest: climb on your 🐉 Hero pet.
- Rift Rookie needs a real race, so choose 🎮 NORMAL, not 🎯 PRACTICE.
- Got a MEGA pet in your Bank and no badge? Take it out, wait about 10 seconds, then put it back.
- Rebirth badges add up: Reborn!, Born Again x10 and Eternal Phoenix all use the same count.
